Wendell Riley

Hailing from Trinidad and Tobago, Wendell Riley has a BSc in Marketing from Morgan State University, and an MBA from Radford University. He is currently the Executive Director of Robinson Film Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit art house cinema in Shreveport, Louisiana. 


Before joining RFC, Wendell worked in the animation and film industries in Shreveport, Louisiana, serving as a Production Manager and Producer for Moonbot Studios. In 2018, Wendell was nominated for a Creative Arts Emmy Award for his work on The Boy Who Learned to Fly, an animated project chronicling the early life of Usain Bolt. He has also won Clio and Shorty awards for his work at Moonbot. Riley was also a production manager for Rational Middle Media and Prize Foundation, where he also assisted with the Film Prize Junior program. 


He serves on the boards of directors of the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities and the Shreveport Symphony Orchestra.
